Bonita Cosmetics recently released six velvet lip creams. These are highly pigmented, apply like a lip gloss then dry to a creamy, rich matte lip color that lasts all day.
These are available at Rite Aid and at Bonita's website.
First up is Nude Indulgence a beautiful nude. A little goes a long way and it is a beautiful color.
Natural Beauty is a pink nude. Formula was good and also a little goes a long way.
Next is this gorgeous Barbie's Muse pink! When applying this better to go with a light hand as it can get messy. I do recommend using a lip liner as it may run and stain your skin. I honestly did not like the formula on this one, beautiful color very messy. Hard to photograph..
Hot Damn! is a darker pink, better formula and also stains. Formula is better than the previous pink. Cannot stress how important it is to apply lightly and build up as needed.
Now this color is not one that I would grab constantly, but it is a beauty. This is Sweet Nothings, a kinda burnt orange. Applies smoothly and the formula was good.
Last is Lady Vava-Voom, a rich deep red. Good formula and applied smoothly.
Except for that one color that I did not like, I really liked these. One thing I forgot to mention is that they don't have a bad smell and to me the light smell it does have is not offensive.
Hope that you liked these swatches. I am still getting around to taking better pictures. These were taken with natural sun light to show as close as possible the true color.
