Today I have the new Essie’s Shimmer Brights 2016
Collection, which I do not think is their summer collection as I have seen the
participants for Essie’s current contest using colors from the summer
collection and these are not J
My guess? This is a collection to celebrate Essie’s 1000th
Shade! And that is a lot!
