Essie 'haute in the heat' Summer 2014
Today I have the new Essie summer 2014 collection 'haute in the heat'.
I have always used Essie, It is one the first brands I used if not the very first one. I thought the neon collection was the summer one ;-)
I have to say these colors don't yell summer at all, well maybe a little. I am unhappy with one of them and the rest were good to work with. Let's get to them...
First up is Haute in the Heat, the namesake of this collection, a beautiful cranberry, hot pink mix. Really good formula and it can easily be a one coater if a little bit than normal is used. This is two coats plus topcoat.

Zoya Magical PixieDust Summer 2014
Today I have the last part of the Summer 2014 from Zoya. This summer they have released Tickled & Bubbly as well, for a whooping 15 new polishes.
These are three new Magical PixieDust. These are textured and Oh My! with Holographic. They dry up matte and top coat is optional.
Bar, as described by Zoya is a Nude topaz, reminds me of Godiva but with extra texture and a whole load of glitter. Three thin coats and no top coat.

Neons by OPI 2014 Collection Swatches
I have today the new Neon collection from O.P.I. for you. O.P.I. announced that these would be on their permanent line.
These six shades are the first full sized neons OPI has ever released. They have also added a white base coat to enhance color and make them POP! For each color I used one coat of this base as they recommend. Also neons dry semi-matte, use a top coat to add that extra shine!
First up is Life Gave Me Lemons! This polish is a dream! Easy application and oh so bright! I applied two Coats plus top coat.

Zoya Summer 2014: Bubbly (Part Two)
I have part two of the two collections from Zoya for this summer 2014. Bubbly is a collection of six polishes loaded with holographic glitter particles. These are perfect for summer nights, a girls’ night out, a perfect date with your significant other, or just for any occasion at any time during the day.
I am not much of holographic polishes myself but lately I have been opening more to use them.
To obtain opacity just for these photos I did three coats and top coats. They will be just fine with two, but because of my camera flash I had to use three.
Moving right on…
First up is Stassi, a brilliant citron green with gold metallic glaze and holographic finish as described by Zoya.
Zoya Summer 2014: Tickled (Part one)
Happy Saturday!
I am really excited for this post today; can you tell by the tittle?
I was recently accepted to be part of the media for one of my favorite nail polish brand, Zoya.
Today I will be sharing part one of the tickled & bubbly collection. We will be starting with tickled; I am a sucker for cream polishes, who doesn’t love cream polishes? I like anything cream, ice cream, sorry off we go…
Wendy, as described by Zoya, is a juicy summer melon, only thing I don’t like melons but this I’ll have anytime. I have discovered recently that medium to dark coral orange colors makes my skin look tan and it’s not even summer. Formula is a good type of medium thick, two easy coats plus top coat and voila!
