Today I have something new and something blue ;-)
Today I have two nail polishes from ÜNT which is a popular brand in Europe and Asia and that Live Love Polish has exclusively in their store as the only store in the USA to have them.

Zoya Matte Velvet Swatches & Giveaway

Hello again!

I am certainly on a roll today with this second post today.

Back in November 2013 I did my second post and it was for the matte velvet from Zoya, back then it was only four., and let's be honest my photos were bad, but I am proud of how much I have improved :-)

This year Zoya has re-released them plus two new ones (are they?) giving a total of six matte velvet polishes.

These type of polishes are not be worn with a base coat or any kind of top coat (unless you decide to). And due to the unique matte formulation, color is not long-wearing as a traditional nail color.

Swatches: Bonita Nail Polish Fall 2014

Hello!

Today I have a quick post on swatches for the new Bonita Fall collection.

All of these polishes have shimmer on them and varies from one coaters to just two.

Bonita's colors can be found at Rite Aid and the price is not more than $3.49 per polish, sometimes can even be a bit less.

If you don't have a Rite Aid close by you can also find them on the Bonita's website but they only ship within the USA I think.

Zoya Ultra PixieDust

Good afternoon loves!

Today I have a quick and very textured post to share. Zoya has released a new trio of Pixie Dust, three shades featuring both fine macro and mega hex particles for tone on tone 3D effects.

To apply these no basecoat or top coat is recommended and keep in mind that they dry matte, and although textured polishes are really a pain to remove, Zoya has provide an easy tutorial on how to remove it here: how to remove.

First up is Oswin, a true red textured pixiedust with crimson mega hex particles. This is two coats. On the second photo I show how it would look if a top coat is applied.

Very beautiful shades and even better formula. If you're not already following them on Instagram I urge you to, they are always having giveaways and they are super super generous! They currently have one for this collection...

Best Nail Treatment and Top Coat…for Me

Today I wanted to give you two of my favorites base coat and top coat, or should I say my favorite as for the last couple of months.

I would like to say first that this is my opinion and I have not been paid to write this. Just want to clarify this.

I would start first with what has been a real nail saver! Duri Rejuvacote has been a real jewel, within a couple of days I could see and feel a difference, and the best of all my nails are not peeling anymore! I used everything! Nail Envy by O.P.I. Essie's Grow Stronger, Millionnails, grow faster, some Colombian nail polish, and some other stuff that I can't remember, They were all good, just didn't work for me at all, my nails always kept breaking and more frustrating of all peeling!

Rejuvacote, has been  great, no peeling, and I do not know if its a factor, or I'm seeing things, but my nails don't turn as yellow as before.

Some places will sell this to you for up to USD$15 or as low as USD$6.49. I have managed to have found a place in Brooklyn, NY where they sell it for USD$7. Every time I visit my mother I visit that place for some goodies as well.



Now, last but definitely not least is what has become my go to Top Coat. Jill from Glisten & Glow has the best one! I just recently bought my second bottle and although I have it handy I am dreading the day my first bottle runs out. Exaggerated, I know! I used to use Seche Vite, but as many people have said and I saw it happen first hand it gets thick half way through.

With G&G HK top Coat you can rest assure that it won't get thick, and it would be the same quality as when you first started to use. Once applied, you can be sure it won't take more than ten minutes for you to see and feel your nails dry.

Wait! There is more! If you are into nail art, such as stamping, acrylic paint art, any kind of art, this top coat will not, I repeat, will not smudge your design. I tried many top coats before and they all would mess up my design, each one more than the other but it did happen.

Another thing to mention is that G&G HK Girl Top Coat will not shrink your nail polish and you can apply more than one coat and still would not have to wait crazy minutes for it to dry. And the Shine, oh the shine is insane! Do not wait! And this is cheaper than Seche Vite, only USD$6.95.

Hello and Happy December! Let the festivities begin...

I wanted to share my routine when it comes to cleaning and filing my nails.
